1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the access to and purchase of business model concepts, dossiers, and innovation products (“Services”) provided by Companies with No Limits LLC (“the Provider”, “we”, “our”) to agencies, companies, and clients (“the Client”, “you”, “your”).
By accessing our website or purchasing any of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of the Services
We create and deliver exclusive business model concepts and dossiers, including:
- First‑Time Exclusive Portfolio™
- Premium Dossier Packages
- Exclusive Removal Licenses
- Agency Innovation Provider Program™
All materials are considered proprietary intellectual property.

3. Intellectual Property Rights
3.1 Ownership
All business models, dossiers, frameworks, and related materials remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Provider until payment is completed.
3.2 License to Use
Upon payment, the Client receives a non‑transferable license to use the purchased dossier for internal or client‑facing purposes.
3.3 Exclusivity
Exclusivity applies only when the Client purchases:
- A First‑Time Exclusive Listing
- An Exclusive Removal License
Otherwise, the Provider may continue offering the business model to other clients.

4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Before Delivery
All payments must be completed before any full dossier or exclusive asset is delivered.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods
Payments are processed securely through:
- Stripe
- PayPal
4.3 Invoicing
Clients receive:
- An automatic receipt upon payment
- A formal invoice after payment is confirmed
No deliverables are sent until payment is received.

5. Deliverables
5.1 First‑Time Exclusive Portfolio™
- Delivery of 10 unreleased business models
- 7‑day review window
- Full dossier available for $2,000 per model
5.2 Premium Dossier Package
- Full dossier delivered after payment of $700
5.3 Exclusive Removal License
- Full dossier delivered after payment of $1,000
- The model is removed from all future listings
5.4 Agency Innovation Provider Program™
- Monthly delivery of 50 unreleased business models
- Client selects 5 models
- Provider delivers 5 full dossiers
- Monthly fee: $10,000

6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:
- Business models
- Dossiers
- Pricing
- Internal communications
- Processes and methodologies
The Client may share dossiers only with internal teams or end‑clients as part of their service delivery.

7. Refund Policy
7.1 No Refunds
Due to the nature of intellectual property, all sales are final.
7.2 Replacement Guarantee
If the Client is not satisfied with a dossier, the Provider may offer one replacement dossier at no additional cost.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Provider is not responsible for:
- The Client’s resale performance
- Client outcomes
- Implementation results
- Market changes
- Losses arising from business decisions based on the dossiers
Our responsibility is limited solely to delivering the purchased intellectual property.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship with written notice.
All previously delivered dossiers remain bound by the licensing terms.
